Simone Alberts has 17+ years global employee and leadership development experience, working nationally and internationally in leadership positions and supporting individual and organizational performance through coaching, facilitation and education. Her work applies a holistic lens, where learning, engagement and a bias for action are created through authentic, supportive conversations.  Her focus is helping people find solutions that exceed what they thought was possible, creating continuous improvements and agile success.

She has boosted leadership effectiveness to improve employee engagement and performance within diverse industries, such as Higher Education, Mental Health and Wellness, Travel and Tourism, International Marketing and Sales, Consulting, Healthcare, Public Service, Mining and Finance Tech.

Simone holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, and two Bachelor of Arts Degrees (Psychology & International Relations) from the University of British Columbia. She is an ICF certified professional coach (PCC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).   • Executive coaching to increase capability and capacity of high stakes leaders in competitive and demanding roles, helping them think creatively, inspire their teams, lead authentically and eliminate internal and external obstacles to implement effective strategies.
  • Increase team efficiency, effectiveness and engagement through targeted team coaching for high stakes teams, including co-created discovery sessions, team assessments, mapping out solution plans, goal setting, facilitating targeted Just-In-Time workshops and 1:1 coaching support, as well as post-assessments to measure success impacts. Her program won honorable mentions at the prestigious International Coaching Federation Prism Award in 2020 in the first year of its creation.
  • Delivered best in class coaching, performance and team development curriculums, assessments, facilitation and training for leaders who were drowning in high workloads and intense pressures of a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment.
